P_6 Summer Landscape Painting

Click on the center handle, drag down and to the right until the handle is about 1 ˝ inches above the bottom right corner of the image.  Click OK.  Drag the distorted shadow to the left so it covers the bottom left half of the image.  In the Controls:Adjuster palette set the Opacity slider to 30%. Your landscape is finished.  Save a .rif copy. You never know when it might come in handy for a future project.  I have added a horse to mine because there are quite a few small horse ranches around here…hope you like it (30).

There are many other effects you can experiment with when it comes to working with layers.
I changed this painting to depict an event I remember from my childhood.  It was on a day much like the one in this tutorial.  An afternoon thunder storm developed and soon the was lightning and rain followed by the first forest fire I ever witnessed.  To see the storm, and the fire.
