For a fresh start, create a new Transparent Layer.  Name it Far Leaves. With xTy_Jgl.RIF as your nozzle, set the Scale slider in Brush Controls:Nozzle palette (4) to 45%.  Paint in some background leaves like this (15). Create a new Transparent Layer.  Name it Far Grass.  Select L_2.RIF as your nozzle, set the Scale slider to 25%.  Paint in some grass like this (16).

Create another layer.  Name it Mid Far Leaves. With xTy_Jgl.RIF as your nozzle, set the Scale slider in Brush Controls:Nozzle palette to 80%.  Paint in some leaves like this (17). I closed the Far layer so you can better see this new layer.  Create another layer.  Name it Mid Leaves.  Load Mdm_Jgl.RIF as your nozzle and set the Scale slider to 50%.  Paint in more leaves like this (18).  Again I have turned off previous layer for a better view.
