P5 Jungle How To

The procedure is the same for loading a floater into a library, as that of loading a nozzle.  In the Objects:Floater palette (6) click on the word Hand in the Floater Popup window.  The Open dialog box appears.  Load the Tiger 5.5.POR file.

In the Objects:Floater palette select the Tiger 22 icon and drag it onto the painting background.  Do the same with Tiger 72.  To move the Tiger 72 floater to the bottom layer go to the Controls:Adjuster palette (7) and click on the Back button

Resize the floaters by clicking on Effects/Orientation/Free Transform.  To make your adjustment click on one of the top or bottom corner handles, hold down the Shift Key to constrain the proportions of the floater as you drag towards the center of the floater.  When you are satisfied with the size click on Effects /Orientation/Commit Transform.  The Commit Transform command returns the floater to its original state with all changes in tact.  You should have something that looks like this (8).

In the Objects:Floater List palette (5) you should have two entries, Tiger 22 and Tiger 72.  With the Floater Adjuster tool, drag around both tigers to select them.  Bounding box’s will appear around both floaters in the painting and both bars will become blue in the Objects:Floater List palette (9).  To Group them click on the Group button at the bottom.  Double click on the blue bar (it should now read Group1).  The Floater Attributes dialog box will appear (10).  Type the word Tigers as the new file name and click OK.   Click once on the painting background to deselect the grouped floater.
