Open a new at 680 X 460 pixels, set resolution at 72 DPI.  Click on the White Paper Color chip and the Color Palette (1) will appear.  Set Red: at 12, Blue: at 27 and Green: at 16.  Click OK.

Go to the Brushes (2) palette.  Click on Nozzle/Nozzles… or press Ctrl + 9. The Brush Controls:Nozzle (3) palette will open.

Still in the Brush Controls:Nozzle (4) palette click on the Drawer Pushbar (purple bar) with the upside down triangle in the middle of it.  The palette opens so you can preview up to 15 more nozzle icons.  Click on the word Hands in the Nozzle Popup window.  A menu appears listing the nozzles contained in the library.  At the bottom of the list are the words Load Library.  Click on them and the Open (5) dialog box appears
